The Human Rights Team is dedicated to advancing social justice and promoting the protection of fundamental rights in Aotearoa. Volunteers contribute to projects supporting refugees and asylum seekers, with a focus on equity, fairness, and access to essential resources and processes.

Through initiatives such as refugee support and systemic advocacy, students engage with complex human rights issues while developing a deeper understanding of vulnerability, policy, and justice. Our Human Rights Team blends research, communication, and advocacy in a meaningful community context.
